TDB SunBeach Policy
We're excited to have you join us! Please take a moment to review and agree to the following terms and conditions. Once you're ready, you can secure your spot and room reservation by providing the booking fee and all necessary information. Thank you!
The booking fee is RM300 per person, per trip. This fee is non-refundable but transferable and is valid for up to 1 year from the date you transfer.
Package prices do not include Marine Park fees or public holiday surcharges in Singapore and Malaysia. Please purchase your ferry tickets separately.
Please settle the balance payment at least 7 days before your arrival.
If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your dates or room reservation, please inform us at least 2 weeks in advance. Otherwise, the booking fee will be used to cover hotel penalties.
We kindly ask that you notify us if you are:
45 years old or above, or
Under 45 years old and have had any physical or mental health issues within the past year.
If applicable, we'll provide you with a PADI Health Declaration form that requires a doctor's signature and stamp. Please remember to bring the original document, as it is necessary for participation in the course. Click here for the form.

The following are the policies to be eligible for a refund:
Non-refundable Bookings:
All bookings are non-refundable except in the following cases:- Wrong Arrival Date: If you mistakenly booked the wrong arrival date.
- Unawareness of Fully Booked Days: If you did not see our notice indicating which days are fully booked.
- Cancellation 7 Days Before Start Date: If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date of the course or package.
- Service Cancellation by Us: If we have to cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will only be considered for bookings made directly through the TDB SunBeach website www.tdb-sb.com or any TDB SunBeach customer service.
Refund Amount:
For bookings made through our website, only 90% of the total amount will be refunded, with a 10% fee deducted.
Refund Request Requirements:
- The request must be made within 7 days of the scheduled start date.
- Proof of booking (booking confirmation and payment receipt) must be provided.
Change of Booking and Cancellation
Changes to bookings and cancellations will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed, except under the circumstances outlined above. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any refund requests that are deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Refund Process
Your refund will be issued once we have reviewed and approved your request. A 10% fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
The method of refund will depend on your original payment method:
- Online Bank Transfer: Refunds will be credited to your bank account via online bank transfer, typically within 3-5 working days.
- Credit Card Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the card-issuing bank.
